Picnic Area Painting

On the 30th May, some of the Millstreet Tidy Town volunteers ventured out in the glorious but very hot evening to give the Picnic Area on Drishane Road a very well deserved revamp. I must say (I will admit to being quiet biased), it looks amazing. A perfect spot for a picnic or  a little stroll up the road.  This space now has the feeling of a little oasis on a rather busy road. I hope the people of Millstreet will take advantage of this lovely little spot especially this weekend as I hear the fine weather is to return. A huge thanks to all involved.
